Job summary

ECPI University is seeking qualified Registered Nurses to serve as Clinical Nursing Instructors at Charleston, SC. Immediate shifts are available on multiple schedules to train the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing students in clinical settings, guiding assessments, and supporting hands-on labs and simulations. A BSN, an unrestricted RN license, and at least two years of clinical RN experience are required; teaching experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (ACEN or CCNE) required.
• Current unrestricted RN license in the state where the program is licensed.
• Minimum two years of full-time clinical RN experience.
• Teaching or presentation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical instruction and supervision for nursing students in clinical settings.
• Guide students through patient assessments and clinical care processes.
• Support hands‑on learning through labs, simulations, and clinical rotations.
• Ensure adherence to clinical site policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Evaluate student performance and maintain accurate records and grading.
