Job summary

ECPI University seeks qualified Registered Nurses to serve as Clinical Nursing Instructors at Lake Mary, FL, with multiple shifts available and opportunities for full-time or part-time scheduling.

Requirements include a BSN with ACEN/CCNE accreditation, an active RN license in the program’s state, and at least two years of clinical RN experience; Master’s degree and teaching experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN from ACEN or CCNE accreditation required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Current unrestricted RN license in the state where the program is licensed.
• Minimum two years of full-time clinical RN experience.
• Teaching or presentation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical instruction and supervision for nursing students in clinical settings
• Guide students through patient assessments and clinical care processes
• Support hands‑on learning through labs, simulations, and clinical rotations
• Ensure adherence to clinical site policies, safety standards, and procedures
• Evaluate student performance and maintain accurate records and grading

Education
