Partners with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to strengthen evidence-based practice, quality outcomes, and patient safety. Provides direct patient care as needed.

Requirements

• Active Georgia RN license
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum 3 years RN experience
• At least 3 years Critical Care experience required (Cardiac preferred)
• Professional certification in a clinical or education specialty
• Professional organization membership

Preferred

• NPD-BC certification
• Master’s Degree
• Previous educator or staff development experience
