• Coordinate and support organization-wide clinical education, onboarding, orientation, and competency validation.
• Develop and maintain nursing/clinical competency frameworks and training documentation.
• Partner with department leaders to standardize education and improve patient care processes.
• Serve as clinical SME for Relias LMS and provide system training and reporting.
