Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Nurse Educator in Washington state to plan and deliver orientation and ongoing education for nursing staff, oversee the nurse residency program, and lead certification classes (ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC). The role requires a WA RN license, 5+ years acute care experience, and 2+ years in nursing education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required
• Master’s degree in nursing or related field preferred
• Current Washington State Registered Nurse license required
• CPR and ACLS/PALS instructor status preferred
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience in acute care within the previous 7 years
• Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting nursing education

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate and deliver orientation and educational information to new and existing nursing staff
• Oversee the nurse residency program
• Facilitate and teach certification classes for Healthcare Providers (ACLS, ACLS-OB, PALS, NRP, TNCC and ENPC)
• Collaborate with nursing managers, nursing staff and education staff to support development and maintenance of nursing skills

What they’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing required, Master’s degree in nursing or a related field preferred. Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.

Hours and compensation potential:

• This is a full-time, salary exempt position.


• Range is $115K-$144K depending on experience.
