This position seeks and integrates current knowledge of oncology nursing and principles of adult learning into education. The Nursing Educator utilizes systematic educational planning principles, solid instructional design methods, and emerging technologies for the creation of relevant programs, materials, methods, and media to communicate information and implements monitoring and assessment measures to determine effectiveness. These individual designs education programs and materials for diverse audiences with the ultimate goal of improving patient outcomes and facilitating nursing professional development across practice settings.Under the direction of the Nursing Professional Development Director and Manager of Nursing Professional Development, this role will provide orientation and education for all levels of nursing staff across settings.The Ideal Candidate·Knowledge and experience in developing, topics of process and nursing educational needs·Previous teaching and / or education experience is highly preferred.Responsibilities:1.
