Kindred Hospital Louisville at Jewish Hospital is seeking an Education Coordinator to plan, coordinate and teach continuing education and in-service programs. This role develops monthly education calendars and collaborates with department managers to assess training needs.

Responsibilities include ensuring staff competency, administering the education operating budget, and delivering compliance training in line with the Corporate Compliance Agreement. RN licensure and BLS/ACLS are required.

Competenze

• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• Must have good and regular attendance.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office.
• Able to organize tasks and develop action plans.
• Ability to manage time and priorities.
