Qualifications

• NLN-accredited nursing program graduate.
• BSN degree preferred; nursing license required.
• Staff development certification preferred; CE initiatives experience.
• Two+ years in nursing education or specialty education.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to deliver education for Baptist Health nursing.
• Develop, update and evaluate education courses and materials.
• Provide evidence-based teaching across specialty areas.
• Coordinate use of teaching tools and educational resources.
