University Hospital in Newark, NJ is seeking an Educational Specialist to serve as Educator, Consultant, Researcher, and Administrator. You will develop staff competencies to safely and effectively implement a patient/family centered care model while fostering collaboration across disciplines.

Ideal candidates hold an NJ RN license, a Master’s in Nursing, and at least five years of nursing experience (three in acute care), with BLS/CPR certification.

• Must be licensed RN in New Jersey.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Five years of nursing practice, at least three in an acute hospital setting.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
