Qualifications
- BSN required; MSN preferred for educator leadership.
- Licensed RN in New York State.
- Experience in nursing education and leadership recommended.
- Experience with budget and educational records management is desirable.
- Knowledge of patient-centered care and clinical education best practices.
Responsibilities
- Leads nursing practice to promote patient experience using Relationship Centered Care and the Care Delivery Model.
- Demonstrates proficiency in Purposeful Hourly Rounding (PHR) and mentors staff.
- Oversees development and maintenance of educational records and reporting systems.
- Conducts meetings and participates in research activities related to education and clinical practice.
- Provides coaching to staff and coordinates orientation and competency programs.
