Qualifications

• BSN or BS in nursing required.
• MSN or MS in nursing preferred.
• Associate of Applied Science in Respiratory Care and a Bachelor’s degree.
• Licenses/certifications as required by state law; BLS instructor status may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver education and orientation to assigned department(s).
• Act as learning facilitator, mentor, and change agent.
• Ensure standardization and best practice in education.
• Partner with schools for clinical placements.
• Lead and support professional development in NPD practices.
