Job summary

Midland-Marvel Recruiters, LLC seeks a Nurse Director of Surgical Services for a community hospital. The role oversees ORs (expanding to 13), PACU, Pre-Op and Post-Op areas, and supports a high trauma volume. The Admin Director reports to the hospital COO, with three direct reports: OR Manager, SPD Manager, and Periop Manager.

Active RN license is required, with 2+ years in a Director role. A Bachelor's in Nursing is required; advanced degrees (MSN, Healthcare Administration, MBA) are strongly

Community hospital looking to bring on Nurse Director Surgical Services, Bonus Incentive Program and Relocation!

• 11 ORs and are in process with adding 2 more (construction project will double size of SPD, double preop & PACU, refresh existing ORs and add the two additional ORs for a total of 13 ORs)
• Lots of Trauma volume
• Admin Director reports into hospital COO
• 3 Managers as direct reports - OR Manager, SPD Manager, Periop Manager

Qualifications:

• Current RN license required.
