The position requires Arizona RN licensure, a BSN, and progressive leadership in perioperative services, with a focus on budgeting and cross-department collaboration to drive efficiency and patient

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Procedural and Surgical Services to provide 24-hour leadership and operational oversight for OR, Pre-Op, PACU, Cath Lab, and EP Lab. The Director will ensure high-quality patient care, strong team performance, regulatory compliance, and efficient department operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop perioperative and procedural services teams.

• Active RN license in Arizona or eligibility for Arizona licensure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• CNOR or relevant specialty certification.
