Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Current and valid state RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in acute care; supervisory experience preferred.
• Telemetry certification (PCCN/CCRN) or Medical Surgical (ANCC) preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage interdisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to develop and implement departmental plans and performance improvement activities.
• Experience in responding to hospital-wide emergencies and ensuring proper documentation.
