Clinical Management Consultants seeks a Director of Nursing GI Endoscopy to lead a premier endoscopy program in the greater San Antonio region. The role focuses on driving clinical excellence, staff development, and strategic oversight within a respected healthcare system.

Reporting to the CNO, you will mentor nurses and work with physicians and administrators to enhance safety, quality, and patient experience in GI Endoscopy services.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas is required.
• Significant leadership experience in a GI/endoscopy setting.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and lead quality initiatives.
• Strong regulatory and patient safety acumen.

The Director of Endoscopy Nursing will lead GI endoscopy services at a small hospital supported by one ofSouthern Texas’s leading healthcare systems. The Director of Nursing GI Endoscopy will oversee a specialized department providing safe, efficient, and compassionate gastrointestinal procedures. Backed by system-wide resources and local hospital accessibility, the Gastroenterology Nursing Director will have the tools to enhance quality, throughput, and the patient experience. The Nurse Director of GI will report to the CNO and collaborate closely with executive nursing, medical, and operational partners.
