Qualifications

• Doctorate preferred for senior leadership in nursing.
• Master’s degree in nursing or related field preferred.
• Current RN license to practice nursing in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing practice and strategic direction for Correctional Health.
• Oversee operations, HR, financial control, and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals within the jail system.
