Qualifications
- Valid permanent Oklahoma RN license or eNLC-recognized RN license.
- Two years supervisory experience; managerial/consultative capacity recommended.
- Mastery of professional nursing duties and ability to manage program operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage nursing staff and unit operations.
- Plan, organize, and integrate departmental functions to meet goals.
- Provide consultation and educational services within the program and department.
