Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Nurse Coordinator to coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff and other disciplines to support positive patient outcomes and seamless service delivery.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of a NLN/AACN accredited nursing program, holds a New Jersey RN license and American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers, and demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication as well as solid computer skills with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
