Job summary

Health & Human Services is seeking a Nurse Consultant I - Nurse Clinician for Broughton Hospital. The role focuses on expert nursing consultation to improve programs, with collaboration across leadership and staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Minimum two years RN experience, including psychiatric care, and ability to guide clinical practice. On-site schedule with potential $10,000 sign-on bonus and salary range $62,044–$102,371.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of experience practicing as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience working as a Registered Nurse in a psychiatric care setting.
• Demonstrated experience working as an effective member of an interdisciplinary team.
• Experience providing individual guidance, support, and educational instruction to staff members.
• Experience in developing and/or presenting educational materials, as well as experience in data collection and/or analysis.

Responsibilities

• Guiding the development and improvement of nursing programs
• Partnering with leaders and staff to strengthen clinical practice
• Creating and updating policies, procedures, and training materials
• Leading the Nursing Performance Improvement Program, including planning, facilitation, and evaluation
• Serving as a catalyst for system-wide change and as a role model for advanced nursing practice
• Providing expert consultation rooted in strong communication, teamwork, and clinical knowledge
