Formación

• RN license in Texas required.
• Current BLS required.
• At least six months of clinical RN experience or completion of probationary NC I period.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents daily patient care.
• Delivers medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Coordinate care and communicate with interdisciplinary team for safe patient outcomes.
• Provides patient/family teaching and health promotion using Teach-Back methods.
• Demonstrates professionalism, ethics, and culturally competent care.
