Responsibilities

Function in a leadership role, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team as a direct care provider and clinical expert. Develop and implement practice guidelines, participate actively as a member of the clinical pathway team, and maintain established standards of care and practice through staff development, clinical improvement activities, and patient/staff education.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, License, or Certification Required

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations
• Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN)
• Must hold certification in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
• Two (2) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in the relevant specialty
• Additional Life Support credentials (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units

Work Hours:

7PM-7AM
