Role Overview

This position supports orientation, competency programs, in-service and continuing education, academic partnerships, career development, and role transition at the unit level for healthcare staff.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Clinical experience: 2 years with a bachelor's degree or 10 years with an associate's degree (or 5 years if enrolled in an RN to BSN program).
• Current state license, if applicable.
• BLS certification.
• Demonstrates clinical knowledge aligned with evidence-based practices to positively influence patient care.
• Ability to organize, multitask, and meet project deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; audiovisual skills are advantageous.
• Knowledge of patient care technology and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or progress toward certification in a relevant specialty.
• Two years of teaching experience.
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, or TNCC, as required by specialty.
