Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2 years clinical experience.
• Associate degree holder must have RN to BSN enrollment or 5–10 years hospital nursing.
• Current state license if required.
• BLS certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practice.
• Ability to organize and multitask.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with AV equipment.
• Knowledge of patient care equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support orientation and competency programs.
• Assist in in-service and continuing education.
• Develop partnerships and career development at unit level.
• Assist with role transition for Mercy coworkers.
• Maintain documentation and track progress.
