UMass Memorial Health's Children's Medical Center in Worcester, MA is seeking a Nurse Clinician for per diem/part-time engagement. The role supports daily nursing operations, collaborates with the Nurse Manager and Clinical Nurse Specialist, and contributes to educational activities on the unit.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, MA RN licensure, and at least two years of tertiary care nursing experience with leadership and preceptor responsibilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and Massachusetts Registered Nurse licensure.
• Two years of current tertiary care nursing experience.
• One year of experience in clinical preceptor and/or resource role.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
