Qualifikationen

• Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• BSN within four years of hire/promotion and active licensure.

• Lead shift and manage unit resources and staffing.
• Supervise staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using nursing process.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet census/acuity needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, documentation, and regulatory standards.
