Job summary

CHI St Anthony Hospital in Pendleton, OR is seeking a compassionate RN to deliver high-quality patient-centered care. You will apply the nursing process to assess needs, plan care, implement treatments and evaluate outcomes in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, patient education, and coordination with physicians and community resources.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Oregon State RN license.
  • Current AHA BLS certification.
  • ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
  • PALS certification within six months of hire.

Education

Everyday you will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care, contributing to our practice's success through customer/patient focus, communication, professionalism, and teamwork.

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

  • General Nursing Care: Perform care following established standards (consent, confidentiality).

  • Patient Care Delivery: Provide care based on practice guidelines, standards, and regulations.
  • Treatment & Med Administration: Execute prescribed treatments/interventions, administer medications, monitor/document progress and response.
  • Referrals & Consultations: Refer to/consult with physicians, other providers, and community resources.
  • Patient/Family Education: Educate on health status, maintenance, and condition management.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve care processes/outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Track QA data and monitor care management.
Job Requirements
Required
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
