We are seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager to cover the Charleston, SC area. This is a home-based position with travel up to 2 hours one-way to doctors’ offices, hospitals, and other locations. The individual will manage medical casework related to work injuries, including assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation. The Case Manager collaborates with insurance carriers, healthcare providers, attorneys, employers, and employees, monitoring progress and reporting results.

Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license in SC (compact preferred).
• Experience in workers' compensation case management (preferred).
• Certifications (CCM, CRRN, CDMS, CRC) preferred; required within two years of hire.
• Skills: organization, technology proficiency, communication (written, verbal, interpersonal), autonomous work capability, patient education.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
