Job summary

The Patient Care Technician role at Medical University of South Carolina supports inpatient care on the MedSurg unit. The PRN nurse aide provides routine patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, helping with comfort and basic tasks as trained.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, SC CNA certification (preferred or in lieu), and AHA BLS certification. Prior CNA experience is welcomed in a dynamic hospital setting.
