Job summary

The Nurse Assistant (NA) at Catholic Health supports patient care under the direct supervision of a registered nurse and communicates patient status to the RN. You will participate in quality improvement activities and uphold a professional, customer-service oriented presence for the hospital system.

The THRIVE program provides education and a Workforce Coach during the first year. This position is Part Time w/Benefits, with Nights and Weekend/Holiday Rotation, from 7:00pm to 7:00am, at Sisters

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal, organizational and decision‑making skills required.
• Computer experience helpful.
• Basic arithmetic skills required.

Responsibilities

• The NA assists in providing patient care under the direct supervision of a registered nurse, updates the RN with timely information regarding patient status, participates in quality improvement activities, and maintains a professional, customer‑service oriented representation of Catholic Health.
