Position Summary:

Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and in collaboration with the Patient Care Team, Nursing Assistants provide direct patient care and support, assisting with daily activities and ensuring positive interactions with patients and families. Care is tailored to the developmental needs of adults, geriatrics, and adolescents.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of a Nursing Assistant Program or equivalent experience
• Basic Life Support certification (or will obtain during training)

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of experience in an acute care setting
