Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a Nurse Assistant / Patient Care Tech to perform routine patient care tasks under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
The role requires a High School diploma or GED, completion of an approved nursing assistant program, and BLS certification. Previous experience or coursework is preferred, with potential for advancement in acute care services.
The Nurse Assistant / Patient Care Tech performs routine duties within the limits of training and certification in caring for the hospitalized patient. The care is rendered under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs other duties related to the work described herein.
