• Maintain clean, safe environment (laundry, housekeeping, meal prep)
• Assist with feeding, bathing, and care for residents with dementia or cognitive impairment
• Document resident care and observations accurately
• Participate in care planning and development of individualized plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive resident care
