Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a Nurse Assistant for Acute Rehab in a part-time role. The position involves two 12-hour shifts per week (6p–6:30a) with every other weekend, supporting patient safety and comfort under RN supervision.

You will contribute to patient care plans, respond to emergencies, and engage in ongoing education. A CNA certification is preferred, with a strong commitment to compassionate care within a premier health system.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Completion of a Nurse Assistant program (e.g., Patient Care Technician or Patient Assistant Technician) OR currently enrolled in a nursing program with successful completion of Fundamentals of Nursing OR foreign trained and licensed RN without a Michigan RN license OR Medical Assistant program with or without experience OR at least one year of previous experience in a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred.
