Job summary

Greenway Spring Green is seeking a full-time Nurse Assistant to provide daily nursing care and support for residents in Spring Green, Wisconsin. The role involves assisting with grooming, bathing, feeding, mobility, monitoring vital signs, documenting care, and reporting changes to the care team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Nurse Assistant, you will provide daily nursing care and support to residents by helping with grooming, bathing, feeding, and mobility while following nursing care protocols and regulations; you will monitor vital signs and food and water intake and will report any health or behavioral changes promptly; you will document the care you provide and will communicate with healthcare professionals to keep care continuous; and you will offer companionship to patients and families to create a warm and supportive environment.
