Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Clinton Township, MI, is hiring a Nurse Assistant for the full-time morning shift (2x12 hours) with every other weekend at Macomb Hospital's Surg-Med ICU.

You will assist the RN to ensure patient safety and comfort, respond to emergencies, and participate in ongoing education while upholding our standards of excellence.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and completion of a Nurse Assistant program; CNA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Completion of a Nurse Assistant program (e.g., Patient Care Technician or Patient Assistant Technician) OR current enrollment in a nursing program with Fundamentals of Nursing completed OR foreign-trained RN without Michigan RN license OR Medical Assistant program with or without experience OR at least one year of experience in a similar role.
