Job summary

Position Description:Under the supervision of Charge Nurse, Department Director, and Chief Nursing Officer, provides direct and indirect patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Assists patients with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to acutely ill patients, and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment Meets the communication needs of the patient/family, departmental staff, and medical staff. Participates in performance improvement activities.Minimal Qualifications:Education:High school diploma or equivalentCertified Nursing Assistant Certification preferredCurrent BCLS certificationExperience: Preferred, but not required.
