Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Nampa is seeking a Nurse Apprentice to join our nursing team on a part‑time basis across day and night shifts in Critical Care, Telemetry, Ortho Med/Surg and the Float Pool. The ideal candidate is adaptive to change, embraces self‑driven learning, and is a team player.

You will support clinical staff at the unit level by clerical, receptionist and patient service coordination, and perform nursing care tasks under supervision of a licensed nurse.

Qualifications

• Nursing care skills across age groups and settings.
• CNA/UAP experience in an acute care environment preferred.
• Active BLS certification required at hire.
• Ability to assist with basic nursing tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical staff at the unit level with clerical, receptionist and patient service coordination.
• Perform nursing care services and non‑professional tasks under the direction of a licensed nurse.
