Job summary

Bryan Health is seeking an experienced Nursing Assistant Care Partner to join our patient care team. In this role you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse and perform tasks aligned with CNA, PCT and medication aide duties.

You will collect vitals, assist with ADLs, transport and position patients, document in the EMR, and participate in hourly rounds to support patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Active Nebraska CNA credential.
• Current listing on DHHS Medication Aide Registry.
• Enrollment in Nursing Program (BSN/ADN) in good standing.
• Pharmacology coursework completed.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications under supervision of Licensed Nurse.
• Obtains vitals and documents in the EMR.
• Assists with ADLs, meals, mobility and transfers.
• Performs routine nursing tasks per nurse guidance.
• Maintains safe, clean patient rooms and supplies.
• Participates in hourly patient rounds and reports needs.
