Shift Requirements

• Monthly call required, including 1 full weekend or 2 weeknight call shifts

Specialty and Case Types

• Specialties include Gyn, general surgery, ortho, spine, crani, plastics, lungs, healthy peds, eye, GI, structural hearts, EP, Endo, Interventional radiology, MRI
• Excluded cases: burns, transplants, open heart, sick peds, OB
• Must be comfortable with Level II Trauma cases

Additional Skills and Procedures

• CRNAs will not perform their own regional anesthesia/blocks but can perform spinal blocks
• Occasional opportunity to perform arterial lines (not required); no epidurals or central lines will be performed by locums
