Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing is seeking a BC CRNA for locum tenens coverage in Fredericksburg, VA. You will administer spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia for a mix of inpatient and outpatient cases, monitor vitals and airway, and collaborate with surgeons and nursing staff.

Schedule is 40 hours per week with call every 8 weeks. ASAP – ongoing coverage; travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered by the agency.

Qualifications

• Board-certified CRNA with Virginia license.
• Experience in spinal, epidural, regional anesthesia.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS credentials.

Responsibilities

• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care for surgical cases.
• Monitor patient vitals, airway, and depth of anesthesia intraoperatively.
• Perform regional techniques including spinal, epidural, and blocks.
• Manage acute volume and BP issues and coordinate perioperative care.
• Collaborate with surgeons and nursing staff for safe patient care.
