Bucks County Community College is seeking a Nurse Aide Training Program Instructor for its Newtown, Bristol, and Perkasie campuses. The instructor will lead training sessions for the 12-week course, maintaining adherence to applicable standards and regulations.
Candidates must have a valid RN or LPN license and at least 2,000 hours of clinical experience in a long-term care setting. This role emphasizes inclusivity and does not provide visa sponsorships.
Position: 12‑week instructor position, 10–25 hours per week (Fall, Spring, Summer). The Instructor (RN or LPN) is responsible for 100% of the training.
The Nurse Aide Instructor will abide by all standards, guidelines, regulations and contract rules of Bucks County Community College, the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE), the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP) and the affiliated Long‑Term Care Facility during classroom, skills lab, and clinical instruction.
