Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current RN Texas License.
• Two years nursing experience with at least one year in long-term care.
• Course work or experience teaching adult students or supervising nurse aides.

Responsibilities

• Direct NATCEP in compliance with Texas HHSC rules.
• Directly performing nurse aide training or supervising instructors and trainers.
• Maintain NATCEP records and determine trainee pass status.
• Sign competency evaluation applications and certificates of completion for NATCEP trainees.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
