Qualifications

• Must obtain CNA certification within four months of nurse aide training completion.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in the Nurse Aide Training Program; completion takes 1–4 months with placement upon success.
• Career pathways exist to advance to LPN or RN through tuition assistance.
• Non-clinical ladders and ongoing development opportunities are available.
