Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking individuals to start their health care career through our Nurse Aide Training Program. No prior experience required; training is free and leads to a position upon completion.

We support pathway to LPN/RN through tuition assistance and offer non-clinical ladders as well. Upon completion, you may join our team as a Certified Nurse Aide with opportunities for growth, with benefits including health/dental/vision, 401k, and employee assistance programs.

Qualifications

• Must obtain certification from a state approved certified nursing assistant program within four months of nurse aide training completion.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors to respond to medical and physical needs.
