Job summary

Wellsville Health Care Center is seeking compassionate caregivers to support residents with daily living activities, hygiene, and mobility. You will monitor vital signs, report changes to nurses, and assist during meals and emergencies with clear communication.

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Maintain proper hygiene practices.
• Monitor and record vital signs; report changes to nursing staff.
• Support mobility and safe transfers from bed to wheelchair.
• Serve meals and assist during mealtimes.
• Assist in urgent care situations with quick thinking and communication.

• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
