Whether you have already completed your STNA classes or you're just starting, we have a position for you!

We will provide the training you need to become a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA). Upon successfully completing the course, you will be hired as a full-time STNA.

Role of Nurse Aide

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent

As a Nurse Aide, you will:

• Participate in and receive resident reports at the start/end of shift.
• Monitor resident requests and needs in a respectful and dignified manner.
• Maintain a clean and pleasant environment for residents.
• Assist in preparing residents for activities within and outside the center.
• Perform basic nursing care procedures as required.
• Create a safe, comfortable, and clean environment for residents and ensure their needs are met.
• Meet resident food service needs promptly and compassionately.
• Follow departmental, center, and corporate policies, objectives, quality improvement programs, and safety standards.
• Attend and participate in training, educational classes, and orientation to improve quality of care.
• Perform other related activities as assigned or requested.
