Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Nurse Aide in Training to provide routine daily nursing care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, ensuring safety and well-being in accordance with Life Care standards.

The role requires enrollment in a State-approved CNA program, CPR certification at or shortly after hire, and a willingness to learn and perform under supervision in a post-acute care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Currently enrolled in State-approved CNA program and may work for up to four months.
• CPR certification required at hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lift, turn, move, position, and transport patients under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with baths, grooming, feeding, and toileting under supervision.
• Accurately document and chart patient care.
• Respond promptly to call lights.
• Demonstrate patient-focused service and professionalism.
