Job summary

Robstown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center invites applicants to join its Nurse Aide in Training program. Employees receive joint online and on-floor training and may qualify for no-cost Education Assistance to become a Certified Nurse Aide.

During a two-week Hospitality Aide introductory period, you will support the care team with non-clinical duties and learn the responsibilities involved in caring for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Caregiver experience preferred.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Compassionate and friendly attitude required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Provide comfort and safety, observe and report changes.
• Log care provided into EMR.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Answer call lights promptly and support the care team.
• Support non-clinical duties during Hospitality Aide period.
