Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Currently enrolled in State-approved CNA program and may work for four months; candidates must meet CNA certification requirements after four months.

Responsibilities

• Lift, turn, move, position, and transport patients under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist patients with baths, showers, grooming, feeding and toileting under supervision.
• Accurately document and chart patient care.
• Respond to call lights promptly.
• Maintain patient safety and professional conduct in accordance with Life Care standards.
