Responsibilities

• Lift, turn, move, position, and transport patients under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with baths, showers, grooming, feeding, and toileting under supervision.
• Accurately document and chart patient care.
• Respond to call lights promptly.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Assist in evacuation of patients.
• Maintain dependable, regular attendance.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Follow Life Care policies and code of conduct.
